Hey all!
This is my OC Marshal Phillips, one of the main characters in a story idea that I have, Apocalypse Then. Won't go into much detail, but it basically is the 2012 apocalypse actually happening, and a group of teens that get powers from it. Marshal here controls light, while wielding his Baton Light Blades. Also, he is half crazy.
